A provider’s customer didn’t investigate potential updates/technology upgrade options for their internet circuits and their contract auto-renewed at five-year-old rates. When we discovered this, we approached the provider to address and were forced to retain the provider although we upgraded the service and were unable to negotiate the pricing.
We spent that time reviewing the business requirements and exploring better pricing and options and ultimately changed providers for a more favorable service set.
